As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be the expert ensuring our marketing tech stack runs seamlessly—optimizing Hubspot, managing lists, managing AI workflows, and setting up reporting and attribution tracking across all marketing programs and channels.
What You Will Do:
Hubspot Mastery: Dive deep into Hubspot, optimizing it for peak performance while empowering the marketing team with your expertise to run smooth, efficient programs.
Tool Exploration: Discover and evaluate new marketing tools to enhance our stack, constantly improving how we work and keep things at the cutting edge.
Audience & Data Management: Own the power of data by managing and optimizing audience lists, ensuring we target the right people, and continuously improving data quality to drive success.
Campaign & Reporting Support: Take charge of analyzing campaigns, building impactful reporting systems, and offering insights that make a real difference in performance.
AI Workflow Optimization: Lead the charge in leveraging A technology to find automate 20% of all current processes to free the team up for the highest impact work
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
We want you to love the role you are in and believe these skills and experiences will help you to be successful!
Marketing Automation & CRM Pro: You’ve worked hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) and know the ins and outs of building out workflows, managing lists, automating processes and how to integrate them with other marketing tools.
Data-Driven: You thrive on analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights that improve marketing strategies.
Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out complex challenges and turning them into smooth, efficient processes.
Experienced Marketer: You bring 3-5 years of marketing operations experience to the table and are eager to take the lead in optimizing marketing systems.
Clear Communicator: You can break down complex metrics and share insights with the team in a way that drives action and better decisions.
How we work:
Hybrid: The best of both worlds—work from home and connect in person. Our Canadian hubs are in Vancouver and Toronto, and we work in PST and EST time zones. Expect to be in the office with your team 2+ days per week.
