We uniquely collaborate with our primary care doctors to assure the best possible outcomes. We aim to provide high-quality, consistent, and tailored mental health recommendations and value sustainability, frequent communication, along with an extremely personalized approach.

Job description:

● Meet with your clients virtually for 30 minutes every week, one hour every other week, or monthly to best tailor mental health therapy and recommendations. Visit frequency can be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Therapist and Client to every week or every month. We understand each week can bring unique challenges and our program makes us tackle each week separately when needed.

● Employees will be required to provide tailored mental health therapy and recommendations taking the client’s unique lifestyle in mind (family, culture, mental health, medical conditions, occupation, preferences, hobbies).

● Our leadership team is able to help therapists when needed.

Schedule / Hours:

Extremely flexible - may range from 30 minutes to 40 hours per week

Benefits:

Pay starting at approximately $60 per hour

Requirements:

● Submit resume, copy of diploma, copy of license, NPI number, unofficial transcripts

● Bachelor's Degree

● Licensed Therapist - Must have one of the following:

○ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

○ Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)

○ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

○ Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) - With verified supervision

○ Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - With verified supervision if needed*

○ LPC-IT, CCPT, PhD, NBCC, ACSW, LPC, LRC, AMFT, CEAP, BCD, AADP, NADA

● Active professional liability insurance and proof of coverage

● Ability to provide virtual care

● Understand our mission and have like minded approach

● Must be available for weekly 30 minute meetings with each client

● Must be available for monthly 1 hour company meetings

Preferred Conditions:

● Five years experience

● Cover Letter

● Able to practice in multiple states
