The Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales of innovative medical devices to new and existing customers. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in high-level discussions with surgeons and key stakeholders in hospital settings. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new customers and business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Develop and execute a robust business plan to exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including surgeons and healthcare providers.
• Deliver clinical in-service training programs to educate healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance and training to healthcare providers on the correct use of prescribed products, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in sectors such as biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related fields.
• Experience working with NHS secondary care and private hospitals is essential.
• Surgical/Operating Room (OR) experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive learner with the ability to link customer priorities to the companys value proposition.
