We are now hiring for an E-Commerce Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of the E-commerce Coordinator role is to ensure our online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content as well as performing data entry necessary to create new, and maintain existing, on-line catalogs. Additional duties include responding to help tickets and site build requests using our web interface to make additions and updates to customer E-Commerce sites. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential in this position. It does not require any web coding knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Use our proprietary software to build customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system (CORE), with much of the build information submitted on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received through our online ticketing request system.
- Assist E-Commerce Associates with issues and questions related to E-Commerce website builds or maintenance.
- Provide guidance and suggestions to sales, strategic operations, and other stakeholders on appropriate E-Commerce features to meet desired business needs.
- Collaborate with sales, graphics, and other stakeholders to ensure the rollout of E-Commerce website changes accurately and timely.
- Add/update items, customers, and locations in ASB enterprise platform through the web interface synchronizing this information into the E-Commerce system.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers.
- Work with our integrated partner network to coordinate the integration and testing of templates/products on the partners external systems.
- Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.
- Coordinate with sales associates and customer service team to hand-off projects upon completion.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with strong computer skills, and a minimum of one or more years’ experience working within various website programs and/or combination of education/experience equivalent.
Preferred: Associate Degree in business, administration, technology program and/or combination of education/related experience.
Technology and Competency Abilities
Ability to work without close supervision and make appropriate decisions independently. Able to work with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret needs and develop concepts to deliver professional solutions to visual problems. Must be able to interpret instructions and apply to multiple functionality requirements of projects. Must be able to research, adapt, and self-train in an ever-changing environment.
Language Skills
Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to proofread and mark up corrections on copy provided by customers. Must have spelling and grammar skills.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphics.
