Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Collections Specialist. This role involves managing client accounts by reaching out to clients regarding outstanding payments and ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue balances. This role requires careful account analysis to determine the best approach for communication, and you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all interactions. You will also work closely with internal teams to provide updates on case statuses and may occasionally support additional sales-related initiatives.

Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

The Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with SaaSOptics or similar tool
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tool

The Role:

  • Proactive outreach to clients on pending bill due date (25-50 calls per day)
  • Reactive outreach to clients with delinquent bills (25-50 calls per day)
  • Research and analyze accounts prior to initiating client contact, examine account status and details
  • Maintain complete records on all accounts including detailed notes on collection efforts
  • Advise clients of proper payment schedules following company policy
  • Maintain communication with POC regarding case status
  • Other sales-related tasks will be assigned from time to time
