Marketing/Communications Director

We’re looking for someone who:

• Will lead with a servant’s heart, demonstrate genuine care and concern, while acting with integrity and humility (1 Peter 5:1-4).
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and development.
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all creative deliverables meet the highest level of professionalism and excellence.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage the creative process for a variety of projects aligned with the CMO's overall marketing strategy, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns, brand development, website design, video production, and social media content.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Actively participate in business development activities, such as client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting Kingdom One’s creative capabilities and demonstrating the value of our services.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is actively engaged in serving the Church, fueled by a love for Jesus and a commitment to advancing God's Kingdom.
• 10+ years of experience required as a Marketing/Communications Leader with dynamic experience in all areas of Marketing/Communication and exposure to the non-profit, church, Christian camps, or Christian school industries.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, marketing, communications or relevant field preferred.
• Proven ability to leverage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Platform to drive impactful marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results
• Proven ability to effectively utilize ClickUp to streamline workflows, improve team productivity, and achieve project objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-moving environment; proactive problem solver, roll-up-one’s-sleeves demeanor with a strong work ethic and excellent communication.
• Is a strong project manager who loves to serve people, is collaborative, and is organized.
• Loves to create content to help educate and resource organizations.
• Is technology savvy and comfortable using MS Office and/or G-Suite.
• Is comfortable and familiar with working remotely.

Salary Range: $80k - $90k/year
