ALL Responsibilities
· Conduct timely completion and accuracy of on-going tri-monthly state regulatory reviews
· Follow the established ALL maintenance process for conducting tri-monthly state reviews
CPE Audit Service Responsibilities
· Serve as account manager and primary point of contact for limited number of Boards of Accountancy participating in the CPE Audit Service and Providers sending electronic attendance records.
· Provide responses to client inquiries regarding the overnight batch processing of Board licensee data and CPE rules questions.
· Assist and make recommendations for the direction of the NASBA CPE Audit Service product and related services to the Senior Manager.
· Conduct CPE rules research and requirements gathering to facilitate rules development for jurisdictions assigned by the Senior Manager.
· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of engine rules, user interface, CPE Rules Engine Service application, functionality, custom development, data imports, etc.
· Provide excellent customer service for all clients of NASBA CPE Audit Service including firms, State Boards, State Societies, Registry Providers and CPAs
· Perform routine functional audits within the NASBA CPE Audit Service product and other applications as required
· Develop good rapport with all clients and users including firms, State Boards, State Societies, Registry Providers and CPAs
· Work with developers and business analysts to execute rule and feature changes
· Train platform users on all aspects, features and functionality of NASBA CPE Audit Service application
· Assist Registry Sponsors and other learning providers with implementation of electronic attendance feeds
· Assist in the setup and implementation of state Board installations of the CPE Audit Service
· Prepare help and training documentation as assigned
Rules Engine Service Responsibilities
· As needed assist the RES team in the following capacities as assigned by the Senior Manager CPE Services:
· Develop good rapport with all clients utilizing the CPE Rules Engine Service, including firms, CPE providers or other organizations.
· Provide responses to client inquiries regarding the overnight batch processing of client compliance data and CPE rules questions.
· Create and distribute communications concerning updates and changes to the rules engine to the clients licensing access to the service.
· Facilitate renewal and invoicing for clients licensing access to the service.
· Assist in making recommendations for the direction of the CPE Rules Engine Service and related services to the Senior Account Manager, Rules Engine Service and the Associate Director, CPE Services.
· Coordinate CPE rules research, requirements gathering and testing with other CPE Services team members.
· Conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of engine rules through the business rules management system as well as the CPE Rules Engine Services application.
· Work with developers and business analysts to execute rule and feature changes in the rules engine licensing process.
· Prepare, update and disseminate technical documentation as assigned.
· Assist fellow account managers with state board and CPE provider requests and questions as needed

· Assist other departmental programs with requests as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Internal Relationships: This position interacts closely with the Senior Manager, CPE Services, other Compliance Services Account Managers, members of the Legal team, members of the Finance Department and IT resources assigned to the CPE Service, RES and ALL platforms.
External Relationships: This position interacts with executives and staff at CPA firms and CPA Review Course Providers, the business and technology units of RES clients, the personnel of State Boards of Accountancy, State Accountancy Board Members and Accounting Professors and students at Colleges and Universities.
