We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join our team remotely.


 *$50,000 - $75,000 Base Salary***$80,000 Annual Bonus Opportunity* 

Requirements
  • Identify and research potential new prospects through initial contact via phone, email, or social media.
  • Generate and maintain pipeline reports.
  • Assist in the tracking of robust pipeline of affiliation targets through networking and leveraging relationships.
  • You will be making initial contact with and interacting with potential acquisitions.
  • Follow-up with generated leads after initial contact.
  • Work closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions team to analyze business opportunities.
  • Evaluate strategic growth opportunities through acquisitions to further increase corporate value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential acquisitions.
  • Support the Mergers and Acquisitions team during deal structuring and negotiations when necessary.
  • Always maintain honest and ethical conduct.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), particularly excel.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and development of financial models to analyze investment opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish and maintain positive professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be detail oriented and have strong organization skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Strong desire to learn and execute the deal process from initial screening to the close of a transaction.

Required:

  • Passionate about business development and sales.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss Statements (P&L).
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Business Development.
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (not required).
  • Insurance industry experience (not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
