Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing both business and personal tasks for a busy entrepreneur. Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple email inboxes, prioritizing and responding to inquiries across different business entities
  • Create and deliver end-of-day recaps to keep the employer informed and accountable
  • Handle client communications for tax services and fitness businesses
  • Process and follow up on new leads and referrals to drive business growth
  • Coordinate personal tasks including family reminders and gift purchases
  • Develop and implement systems to improve business operations and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support for various business and personal needs
  • Assist in scaling operations for growing businesses
