This is a remote position.

From branding to lead generation and intake optimization, they provide end-to-end solutions that increase visibility, generate quality leads, and foster trust and authority for your firm.

Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting our marketing services to lawyers, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your primary goal will be to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct presentations to lawyers, showcasing our marketing solutions.

  • Create and deliver customized proposals that address client needs.

  • Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and address any concerns or objections.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Strong writing skills to create clear, persuasive proposals and follow-up emails.

  • Energetic, highly motivated, coachable, and adaptable.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or selling to law firms.
