This is a remote position.

Our client in the consumer industry seeks a Part-time Administrative Assistant who is a proactive, detail-oriented professional and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, adapts to feedback, and thrives under strict deadlines, especially during peak periods. Strong organization, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tools and priorities are key.​

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Handle weekly orders, invoices, inventory reports, and delivery lists.
  • Accounts Receivable: Follow up on payments via QuickBooks.
  • Expense Management: Manage and code weekly expenses for review.
  • Onboarding Support: Collect employee details, complete forms, and update Gusto.
  • Payroll Support: Verify payroll accuracy, upload hours, and track PTO.
  • Data Management: Update efficiency data and generate reports.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm ET
Rate: $5.50/hour
