Role: SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant
Experience Level: 6-10 Years
Location: Remote

Shift timings:- 2 PM – 11 PM

Job Description:

·        5-7 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

·        Hands-on experience with embedded TM implementation is a plus.

·        Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        SAP Certification in TM Module is preferred.

·        Experience with Solution Manager during implementations.

·        Proficiency in integrating SAP TM with other modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.

·        Familiarity with ticket management tools and support environments.

·        Exposure to interface monitoring for EDI/IDOC’s.

·        Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. SAP TM Implementation and Support:
   

• Manage and execute SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementations, with a focus on embedded TM setups.
  
• Handle day-to-day operations, including issue resolution and system enhancements for TM-related processes.
  

• Integrate SAP TM with other modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Global Trade Services (GTS).
  
• Collaborate with functional teams to design, configure, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  

• Use SAP Solution Manager to oversee project implementations, monitoring, and change management.
  
• Develop documentation for functional designs, test scripts, and training materials.
  

• Manage and monitor interfaces, including EDI/IDOCs, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot issues using tools such as ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, or HP4.
  

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  

• Identify and recommend areas for process improvements within transportation management.
  
• Apply best practices for system configuration, implementation, and support activities.
  

IMP Mandatory Skills

·        Experience: MANDATORY (do not apply if you don’t have experience in this)

• 6-10 years of professional experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
  
• Embedded TM implementation experience is a strong plus.
  
• Technical Proficiency:
  
• Expertise in configuring SAP TM modules and integrating them with SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.
  
• Familiarity with EDI/IDOC interface monitoring.
  
• Experience with ticket management and support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
  
• Certifications and Tools:
  
• SAP TM module certification is preferred.
  
• Experience with tools like HP4, MQC, or related systems.
  
• Soft Skills:
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
