Job description

工作职责

- 从“渠道、客户第一视角”出发,结合全国RTM策略,实现省域RTM计划落地;

- 从城市群分级体系出发,实现高效的分销网络体系搭建,重点规划各城市群的分销商布局策略,快速提升重点城市群的饱和覆盖;

- 分销商贸易条款的制定和达成管理,根据不同城市群的不同发展阶段,制定对应分销商的成长发展计划,确保分销商的稳定增长;

-  协同区域销售团队和总部各部门,通过省域的重点品类项目、超级完美门店及新品上市计划,确保各品类生意计划在各分销商的完美执行。

岗位要求

- 3年及以上渠道销售经验,有过多个分销商管理经验者优先;

- 具有敏锐的市场洞察,有较强的业务分析、逻辑思维能力;

- 追求卓越,使命必达,良好的学习能力和抗压能力;

- 较好的内部沟通能力与影响力技巧。

- 文案出色,包括ppt,excel等。
