Position Overview:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing complex financial data, building detailed reports from multiple data sources, and supporting business processes through precise documentation. This role is crucial for the company's strategic decision-making and involves close collaboration with various teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Reporting:

• Prepare KPI reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Build detailed reports using multiple data sources from different databases.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze current, planned, and past financial data and performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting reports.

Process Support:

• Support business processes development and documentation using Loom videos.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and projections based on in-depth analysis.

Client Communication:

• Create and maintain research write-ups for industries and clients.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients via video calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, or economics from an accredited university.
• 2-4+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably within a professional accounting or consulting firm.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to perform calculations, build DAX formulas, and generate reports ad hoc.

Nice-to-Haves:

• CFI FMVA or BIDA certification.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
