• Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries about services and pricing
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate estimates using House Call Pro software
• Manage existing customer relationships and maintain detailed customer records
• Process new service requests and assign them to appropriate team members
• Follow up with customers regarding satisfaction and future service needs
• Coordinate with field technicians to optimize daily schedules and routes
• Send professional email communications including quotes, invoices, and follow-ups
• Maintain organized digital records of all customer interactions and service history
