Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions across various platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to requests and managing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their concerns.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • A tech-savvy individual with the ability to navigate different software applications easily.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
