Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Growth Marketing Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving results in lead generation and paid acquisition across multiple platforms.

The Role

  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads. Handle a portfolio of ~8 campaigns per channel with a minimum $10K monthly budget.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Launch new ads, analyze performance, and implement regular adjustments to achieve KPIs, focusing on lead generation and cost efficiency (CPL).
     
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Maintain and develop reports using tools like PowerBI and Google Sheets. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
     
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, creatives, and client POCs, to streamline processes, optimize creatives, and improve campaign performance.
     
  • Experimentation: Develop and execute a roadmap for testing and learning, using customer data to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
     
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, SEM best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure optimal ad performance.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Conduct in-depth analysis or troubleshooting as required to address specific issues or uncover new opportunities.
     

The Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on paid digital channels managing monthly budgets over $10,000.
  • 2 years of deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with a strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies.
  • Proven analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and reporting results effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Process-driven mindset to minimize inefficiencies and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Critical thinker with a bias towards action, with the ability to navigate and adapt to a fast-paced environment, the changing macro-environment and digital marketing landscape
  • Proactive, innovative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships across the company, driving consensus and owning key decisions for paid channels
  • A self-starter who requires limited oversight in a remote work environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Able to work EST hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

Nice-to-have
  • CRO Proficiency: Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with dashboarding tools like PowerBI is a plus. 
  • Emerging Channels: Worked with other paid channels (such as TiktTok, Reddit, CTV etc) and can help expand the client's digital footprint 
  • Asana or any project management platforms
  • MS Team for chat
  • Highly inquisitive and analytical: You have experience working with complex data sets and business intelligence tools to identify and analyze data for channel optimizations; experience reporting on performance and surfacing key highlights
  • Sound technical competency: You have worked with setting up or managing web pixels, event tracking, product feeds and / or measurement platforms
Compensation Range: ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
