Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Assistant to help our clients with their CRM monitoring and data management tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and uploading of raw data into Salesforce.

The Role

Core Tasks:
  • Upload new accounts/contacts in Salesforce and ensure we don't create dupes and upload all necessary fields
  • Update various salesforce fields for marketing meeting attribution
  • Meeting and opportunity attributions
  • Inbound Meeting Assignments
  • Contact/Account uploads and updates
  • Database cleaning (deduping, lead conversions, updating fields, etc.)
  • Account/contact matching when we get new lists from events, leads, etc.)
  • Able to create effective Salesforce reports with the right filters and fields
The Requirements
MUST-HAVES:
  • 2+ years of database experience (salesforce is ideal but not necessary)
  • Google sheet or Excel intermediate level (pivot and vlookup familiarity)
  • Highly detail-oriented, smart, and demonstrated ability to follow process documentation with little to no errors
  • Ability to work PST
  • Strong work ethic and commitment
  • Goal-oriented and can work with less supervision
NICE-TO-HAVE:
  • Slack / Gmail experience for internal comms
  • Managed huge amount of database (ideally >30k entries)
