Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Avetta’s innovation, crafting a strategic roadmap that meets business goals while solving critical customer challenges. You’ll combine your product instincts, data-driven insights, and design thinking expertise to lead product discovery and development within your product vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand customer experiences to identify and address product gaps, generate ideas for growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage commercial product planning and development lifecycle end-to-end. 
  • Act as the customer advocate, bringing their voice into every decision and ensuring customer-centric solutions.
  • Define the “what” and the “why” for your product vertical within Connect, aligning features with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize impactful business outcomes based on data insights.
  • Lead a metrics-driven approach to product development, defining success criteria and demonstrating measurable impact through solutions.
  • Conduct product research, planning and long term product roadmap development.  
  • Clearly communicate product decisions, business value, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
  • Partner with UX teams to research, design, and test solutions for the product backlog.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations and proactively addressing strategic roadblocks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, addressing product-related queries and feature requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS products.
  • 2+ years as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven leadership abilities in setting product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and executing against roadmaps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Experience turning market needs into successful product strategies.
  • Deep understanding of customer discovery, usability, and UX discussions.
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders and executives.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
