We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Owner with a passion for improving consumer health outcomes through exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will play a critical part in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance member engagement, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate market trends and consumer insights into impactful digital product roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement, measure product performance, and inform decision-making.
Stay abreast of the latest digital health trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of digital products through iterative development and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital product environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for improving consumer health and well-being through technology.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with digital health platforms and technologies.
