WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to our Director of Sales Enablement and Implementation, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for large group clients. More importantly, you’ll help create and refine the blueprint for how we deliver large-case implementations, setting the foundation for future growth and success.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage Implementation Projects: Oversee all stages of large group implementations, from pre-sale planning through post-launch support.
  • Drive Innovation: Use your experience to enhance implementation processes and establish scalable best practices.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Tailor Solutions: Partner with clients to understand their needs, guide them through our offerings, and develop implementation plans tailored to their goals.
  • Proactively Solve Problems: Identify challenges and risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Set the Benchmark: Maintain high standards for data accuracy, system integration, and compliance.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a forward-thinker and collaborator:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in group benefits or voluntary benefits insurance, with a focus on large group implementations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enrollment platforms (e.g., bswift, PlanSource, Employee Navigator) is strongly preferred.
  • Licensed Professional: A Life and Health license in your resident state is required.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re highly organized and excel at managing multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re comfortable working with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress. You also have a knack for delivering effective presentations for large brokers and clients virtually and in-person.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach challenges with practical, effective solutions and keep projects moving forward.

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU

  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and company-paid life insurance).
  • Impactful Work: A chance to create a lasting legacy by defining how we implement large cases.
  • Professional Growth: We foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide opportunities to shape and lead initiatives.
  • Supportive Environment: A team driven by our ACCTT core values of Accountability, Compassion, Customer Service Excellence, Trust, and Teamwork.

WHY WE THINK YOU’LL LOVE THIS OPPORTUNITY

At MASA, every project is an opportunity to leave your mark. You won’t just manage implementations—you’ll help us reimagine them. Our ACCTT values ensure that collaboration, client impact, and continuous innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

If you’re excited to take what you’ve learned in large-case implementation and help define an approach that grows with our business, apply today and join MASA in building a legacy of excellence.
