Title: Senior Product Manager
100% Remote
Duration: Long-term
Type: Contract – W2

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of user-facing features that drive engagement and growth. This role focuses on optimizing acquisition flows, enhancing platform engagement, and crafting seamless user experiences that increase retention and upsell opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Own and optimize front-end user experiences, including landing pages, homepages, and key engagement flows.
Drive growth initiatives by designing and executing quick experiments to test and iterate on new ideas.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to enhance the platform's design and usability, ensuring a frictionless user journey.
Analyze engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to keep users engaged longer.
Develop and execute plans to upsell users on additional products and services through effective flow modifications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with broader company goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on user-facing features and growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of acquisition and engagement flows, with a track record of improving platform retention and upselling.
Experience working with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and impactful designs.
A data-driven mindset and the ability to run quick experiments to identify what works and what doesn't.
Familiarity with growth product management principles, including hypothesis testing and iterative learning.
