Technical Skills:

  • B2 English Level or Higher for fluent communication with the client.
  • +3 years of experience as a Technical Support in IT for Level 1 or 2.
  • Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Experience with system administration tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for internet connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
