Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Product Owner!

A product owner's primary responsibilities are to define user stories and create a product backlog. They serve as a primary point of contact on the customer's behalf to recognize the requirements of the product for the development team. This product backlog acts as a prioritized set of customer requirements.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform a dual role of ScrumMaster and Product Owner for the scrum team
Collaborate with the scrum team to meet software expectations
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work meets the product strategy and business needs
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business priorities
Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects

You Must Have:

4-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years experience working with Software Development projects
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
