JOB DESCRIPTION
The Bilingual Senior Project Manager will work independently to lead the planning, scheduling, control, and effective coordination of a high volume of Facility Management and Electrical Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Projects through completion on a national level. The Sr. Project Manager will assume ownership for contracted services and will lead operational and administrative activities while maintaining effective cost control measures. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in Korean & English.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00/Annual
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Duties
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with assigned account(s).
- Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned facilities.
- Work to increase revenue by ensuring that Project Managers and Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional services to the customers.
- Ensure work assignments and schedules meet department, facility, and contractual needs; plan, develop, and assign work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are achieved.
- Engages with and develop favorable relationships with ABM’s charging solutions partners, providers, contractors, utility operators and EV services companies.
- Supports the design and construction of EV charging facilities across North America
- Develops processes, protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for executing and monitoring partner network charging & installation services, addressing performance shortfalls with partners when necessary.
- Ensures that all projects are competed timely in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
- Develops and implements policies that ensure completion of area functions.
- Coordinates closely with related departments to maintain schedules and effect necessary revisions are required.
- Reviews and approve contractor bids, RFI’s, submittals and change requests.
- Achieves high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibits project leadership, and effective decision making throughout each project and consistently deliver projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified and ready for start-up/occupancy.

Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Korean/English.
- Must have expertise in Korean Culture
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Engineering background preferred but not required.
- MBA preferred but not required.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience, including minimum (3) years project management experience.

- Korean & English Required.
Licenses:
- Valid state issued driver’s license.
