Position: Logistics Administrator
Location: USA | Scottsbluff, Nebraska
Responsibilities:
Job Summary - Transportation Logistics Administrator. This role supports the Logistics Operations Group for customer portal management, carrier compliance review, tracking/tracing of shipments.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer Shipment Portal with a high level of accuracy and frequency
- Schedule, update and maintain delivery appointment information
- Update shipments status for loading, in transit, and delivery
- Advise Logistics Account Managers of shipments out of plan
- Assist Account Managers with surge demand of orders
- Reporting of performance statistics on carrier base
- Other duties as needed
OE/Lean
- Training in all OE components. Metrics of Voice of customer, Carrier utilization, and Customer profitability will be utilized. Utilization of lean tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Skills in managing fast paced workload with a high level of accuracy
- Very comfortable with technology, computerized software
- Multitasking, conflict resolution (Account Manager demands vs compliance)
- Effective communication with variety of groups
- Able to prioritize demands
- Able to meet timelines to resolve and complete issues actions

On a frequent basis, there may be exposure to plant areas, which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise from equipment and dust from production processes.
