Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and manage large-scale programs and portfolios that align with the client's business objectives.
- Health Plan Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of health plan operations to develop and implement innovative strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across programs.
- Portfolio Oversight: Monitor the health and performance of programs and portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with financial targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly across the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting program success, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-performance standards.
Qualifications- Required Experience:
- Extensive background in health plan operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and portfolios in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and industry best practices in health plans.
