Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager Pool (FL-GA) drives revenue for the Pool business in Florida and Georgia. This role includes a clear understanding of the market drivers, customer needs, and product and service trends for the Pool market. It also involves coming up with assertive execution plans and implementing them along with the team. This role will manage direct team members and sales reps in these critical markets. This role takes ownership of the sales targets & budgets (revenue, strategic product mix, market share) for these markets and implements actions to achieve & exceed the targets. This position will serve our Raypak division.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for the regions based on the targets & budgets.
  • Drive market share growth for the regions.
  • Drive strategic product growth for the regions.
  • Create a demand pipeline with the current and future customers and own lead generations, lead conversion & customer retention.
  • Build solid relationships with channel partners (distributions, retailers, etc.) and pool professionals (servicers, builders, etc.).
  • Lead a group of professional(s) who directly report to this role and manage regional rep groups.
  • Build extensive product knowledge and make sure the team and reps are regularly trained and maintain solid product knowledge to train and build knowledge in customers.
  • Drive effective local customer trainings & effective & tailored sales deliveries.
  • Actively looking for ways to expand our lead network and retain the current customer base.
  • Closely collaborate with other teams in the Pool sales & marketing organization.
  • Take the lead on local customer shows & events and represent the company in collaboration with marketing and other functions.
  • Build relationships with other Raypak & Rheem functions & collaborate with them to drive the region growth.
  • Provide data-driven business recommendations to grow the market share while keeping an eye on the margin & other financials.
  • Analyze sales & market data and create actionable insights with growth targets and execution plans.
  • Fully understand the channel & market dynamics/drivers & make data-driven business recommendations.
  • Explore new growth opportunities beyond conventional channels.
  • Leverage Rheem's & Raypak’s capabilities and tools and provide recommendations for differentiated solutions and drive the execution.
  • Conduct business reviews with the right cadence with sales agencies, sales leadership, key channel partners, etc.
  • Establish metrics for the sales programs that are aligned with the customers and business expectations and track them.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions in the sales programs to help with Raypak’s differentiation in the market.
  • Stay informed about Raypak’s key competitors and assist with strategies to win.
  • Regularly travel with the team (direct & reps) in the field to meet with Pool Pros, warranty stations, partners and etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

  • Resides in Florida, preferable close to critical Pool markets. Ability to travel as needed for customer and company events. Travel is seasonal and varies depending on the Pool market's needs. The ability to drive on your own and use other forms of conventional travel is needed.
