Job description

Our client, a leader in the investment management industry, is seeking an RFP Analyst to join their team. As an RFP Analyst, you will be part of the project management team supporting client acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: RFP Analyst

Job Type: Contract - 9 Months

Location: Owings Mills, MD (Remote)

Pay Range:?$38/hr - $42/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Conduct core activities related to project management, including in-depth research on required topics and drafting RFP responses.
  • Utilize content management systems and internal resources to draft RFP responses for a variety of products and services.
  • Manage proposals across multiple product and service offerings while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
  • Collaborate with business partners to capture vital information for diverse audiences.
  • Tailor RFP content to match product offerings and respond adequately to client inquiries.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Meaningful understanding of the retirement industry.
  • Experience in completing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQ requests.
  • Strong editing, writing, and project management skills.
