Communications Specialist 5

Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in customer service and support, is seeking a Communications Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Business Operations team supporting Security & Compliance Identity Management (SCIM). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and strategic thinking which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Communications Specialist 5

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of news and multimedia content.
• Create and curate content for various platforms, ensuring quality and effective storytelling.
• Drive event content decks and prepare meeting recaps.
• Collaborate with teams to write and finalize weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide regular updates on active communications initiatives to senior management.
  
  
  

TopSkills Required + Years of Experience

• o Website management (SharePoint) experience and the visual appeal/functionality of it – 8+ YOE
• o Building decks/compiling & building content/agendas - 8+ YOE
• o Communication skills (crisis communication, quick turnarounds, fast pace) - 8+ YOE
• o Someone who has experience with MSFT 365, outlook, creating templates, SharePoint, building websites, organizing
• o Has worked on projects doing comms for projects/program initiatives and releases
