Job description

The Sr. Product Manager, Automation is responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle management of automation products in the CIO Organization. This role involves identifying market needs, defining product vision and strategy, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for automation products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape specially for SAAS solutions
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch automation products.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform future product iterations.
  • Budget Management: Manage product budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.



Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on automation or related technologies.
  • Experience in building products with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions offered by AWS, GCP and Azure.
  • Well versed in Cloud technologies and Cloud native solutions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of automation technologies and market dynamics.
