About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Alliances to lead and expand our product and technology partnerships. This role is pivotal in shaping IONIX's collaborative ecosystem and driving impactful alliances that align with our business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with leading technology providers, OEMs, and other strategic players in the cybersecurity space. 
  • Develop a comprehensive alliance strategy that aligns with the company’s business and product objectives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on shared goals, and maximizing mutual value. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all alliance-related activities, driving joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing efforts, and technical integrations. 
  • Work closely with internal marketing, product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for innovation and integration with partner technologies. 
  • Monitor trends in the cybersecurity industry and adjacent markets to identify partnership opportunities that enhance IONIX’s competitive advantage. 
  • Evaluate and prioritize alliance opportunities based on strategic fit, ROI, and long-term potential. 
  • Provide thought leadership on the role of alliances in driving growth and innovation for IONIX. 
  • Report directly to the CEO, delivering regular updates on alliance performance, opportunities, and challenges. 


Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product and technology alliances, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. 
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships. 
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives. 
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. 
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
