Job Description
The Real Estate Manager will report to the Senior Director & Head of Real Estate. This role will be focused on supporting the ABC Real Estate teams continued development of new site selection efforts across the nation. This teammate will be front-end focused while generating a strong pipeline. This candidate needs to be motivated to support the execution of high-growth targets of new clinics within ABC markets. This person will oversee portions of the net new leasing process and will support the negotiation process as directed by the Senior Director & Head of Real Estate. This person thrives on being results-driven and engaging. This role allows someone to become a strong leader within the ABC Real Estate team who can inspire others by exceeding expectations and welcoming new challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support ABC’s annual net new clinic growth and real estate transaction management
Support strategy and transaction management of existing lease portfolio
Provides management of the real estate activities including site selection, leasing, land acquisition, development, and disposition (if applicable).
Manage active data sources for new center growth
Oversee key communication steps within the new center process both internally and externally to maintain project completion dates.
50% (+/-) travel required for transaction management purposes along with company events.
Collaborates with the Legal, Construction, Design, and Construction departments to ensure department real estate goals are met, and partners with these teams in the development process.
Maintain an overall knowledge of the processes, procedures, and legalities within the portfolio.
Maintain team key performance indicators and continue to drive value within ABC’s real estate portfolio through process improvements, leverage creation opportunities, and contract negotiations.
Provides ongoing analyses of existing stores’ metrics and new store performance projections; creates and implements solutions to enhance performance and profitability.
What You’ll Bring With You
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
2-5+ years of Real Estate transaction management experience or related fields
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Ability to review data tables and execute real estate strategy
Must have excellent organizational, analytical, written, and communicative skills.
Working ability in various software and technology platforms
Must possess sound and demonstrated decision-making skills, project management, business acumen, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
50% Travel required
