As an Oracle Cloud HCM talent management lead consultant, Managed Services, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients for Oracle Cloud Core HR and Talent Management (Performance and Goals). You will engage with multiple clients across various industries. If you are an experienced consultant with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a collaborative spirit, then this role is for you.

• Handle support tickets;
• Suggest work enhancements;
• Optimize processes for clients;
• Provide training;
• Conduct testing;
• Manage footprint expansions and roll out new features during quarterly releases;
• Offer remote post-production support for live clients;
• Support clients using MS Teams and the Jira ticketing system.
  
  

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications, as well as Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Talent Management (Performance and Goals);
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel;
• OTBI reporting skills;
• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Healthcare industry experience;
• Knowledge of:
• Oracle Cloud Learn, Compensation, Succession Planning and Recruiting;
• Fast Formulas.
