About the role

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. 3 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment, fluent English and can do attitude.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain strong and effective partnership with local R&D stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet hiring goals, and provide exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: advaced executive search, networking, local community contacts, research, database management etc.
  • Screening, interviewing
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure they have sufficient support and clear understanding of the interview process.
  • Recruit appropriate caliber of skilled candidates for open positions.
  • Represent our company in a professional manner.
  • Generate pipeline and candidate flow through candidate searches on job boards, networking sites, search engines and other sources

  • 5+ years in professional recruiting, good understanding of tech recruitment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough ability to convey a sense of urgency and professionalism to candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of employment, recruitment, relocation policies, practices, and laws.
  • Effective leadership, strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on bulding the relationships.
  • Results oriented - Proven consultative style in developing and maintaining relationships within and across organizations, and developing recruiting strategies in a wide variety of functional areas.
  • Team Player.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions
  • Must have excellent communication skills in both English.
  • Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work using his/her own initiative and as part of a team; excellent management, training and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage full cycle recruitment, screens, interviews, recommends prospective employees for employment and extends offers of employment to successful candidates.
  • Proven ability to identify hiring manager’s needs, attain their commitment to the process, and to drive the recruitment process.
  • Bachelor’s degree and recent industry experience preferred.
