JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities to support the CorroHealth team. They will align with both internal and external customers on a daily basis in order to drive and support company objectives. This role is essential to ensure the consistent high standard of quality and service delivery of CorroHealth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Location: Remote within US Only

Required Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact virtually with designated client contacts to align CorroClinical program with existing provider systems and processes.
  • Coordinate projects as assigned to ensure completeness and timeliness of project delivery. 
  • Comprehension and writing of business requirements for internal applications - while tracking of the project through training, deployment, and post-deployment support. 
  • Maintenance of critical operational records in an accurate and detailed manner. 
  • Act as a key liaison related to operational processes and objectives.
  • Management of complex operations tasks as assigned.
  • Manage and maintain excellent working relationships with internal/external customers via face to face, telephonic, and electronic interactions.
  • Additional responsibilities that would correlate with the growth of the company.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior related healthcare experience required
  • Knowledge of EMR system functionality required
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
