Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and enriching CRM data, researching new opportunities, and optimizing sales processes. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrich CRM data (Pipedrive) with accurate and useful metadata about prospects and current opportunities.
  • Conduct research based on criteria to identify new opportunities and add them to tools like Hunter.io or Pipedrive.
  • Follow up on rotting deals in the CRM using provided templates to maintain progress.
  • Prepare and format scope-of-work documents and proposals using Pipedrive and Proposify.
  • Leverage tools like Zapier to automate data flows between systems (website, CRM, proposals).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of data and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools like Basecamp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Clay.com.
  • Familiarity with Zapier or other no-code automation tools.
