Position Overview:

The Database Engineer will design and implement efficient solutions for ingesting, processing, and managing medium-sized datasets for high-performance customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost-effective systems for data ingestion, processing, and optimization.
• Manage datasets of up to 100 million rows, with monthly updates from multiple vendors.
• Maintain data consistency and ensure seamless integration with applications.
• Leverage BigQuery and Supabase/Postgres to optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in BigQuery and Supabase/Postgres.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable database solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle medium-sized datasets and complex data pipelines.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data optimization techniques.
