The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in front-end development with a collaborative mindset to work closely with design, growth, and business teams. You will manage key website performance KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to guide ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of web projects in Webflow, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalable, and high-performing. Oversee technical implementation from integration to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders.

  • Develop interactive features and advanced animations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
  • Optimize website performance, including accessibility, SEO, loading speed, and user experience, by applying best practices in web development. Ensure the site is fully responsive, implementing advanced on-page SEO techniques (such as content optimization, URL structures, metadata, and internal linking) and ensuring fast loading across all devices by optimizing images, scripts, and resources.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities, ensuring product objectives are met while addressing the technical aspects of development.
  • Propose innovative and scalable solutions, anticipating future needs and ensuring the long-term sustainability of web solutions.
  • Manage and maintain website security and database integrations, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
