Summarized Purpose:
Provides customer/team project support to eSolutions NA/EMEA Team for Supply Center and B2B integration projects.
Key responsibilities:
• B2B - 2025 customer target list support
• Customer eSolutions Inbox management
• Support for Updating training decks
• Smartsheet project management entry, sales meetings and Commercial QBRs
• New project management – scoping / completion tracking
• General XLS support
• Support for Marketing initiatives
• Support for vetting Supply Center opportunities by managing the web form inquiries, leads from the Commercial team and prospect forms
• Support for customer Value Model inquiries/presentation builds
• Strategic account project support
• Supply Center Stock list management - vetting SKUs, discussions with BAMs/PMs about compatible SKUs, determination on # of units based on SKUs, answering questions about capacity of units
• Assistance with managing virtual supply center inquiries
• Support for Supply Center Payment/Net Terms/Consolidated invoicing
• Other admin tasks as required
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in an e-commerce, digital or IT-related subject area required.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Self-motivated, positive attitude with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team or independently as required
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Ability to effectively analyze and update project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Exceptional customer focus
• Proficiency with MS Office,
• Good critical thinking skills, including but not limited to critical mindset, in-depth investigation for appropriate root cause analysis and problem solving
• Skills to work under pressure to meet project/client deliverables and timelines
