We're seeking a
Production Designer to bring creative projects to life with precision and expertise. As a
Production Designer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that all design assets meet production standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and are optimized for flawless delivery across print and digital platforms. This hybrid role is based in Malvern, PA, with in-office collaboration on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to execute creative solutions and repurpose existing assets.
- Revise, update, and prepare production-ready files with technical accuracy.
- Perform quality control, pre-flight checks, and ensure files meet production specifications.
- Handle typesetting revisions, image retouching, vector corrections, and color adjustments.
- Organize and manage assets in digital libraries while maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Juggle multiple quick-turn projects while staying focused and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating production-ready artwork that drives successful outcomes.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong typographic skills and a solid understanding of both print and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WorkFront, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
