Salary Range: up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our financial operations team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for completing financial tasks on a timely basis, conducting monthly and quarterly forecasting, performing financial analysis, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role will be crucial in helping the company meet its financial reporting deadlines and drive key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete financial tasks and reporting by the 7th of every month.
Assist in making financial decisions and providing insight into the financial direction of the company.
Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting, perform financial analysis, and support strategic planning initiatives.
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
Use Google Workspaces and Microsoft platforms to manage financial documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all month-end financial processes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspaces, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet monthly financial deadlines consistently.
Experience in financial decision-making processes.
Previous experience in a senior accounting role is preferred.
