Job Title: Operations Data Analyst
Location: Remote (MNL Time Zone Preferred)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (MNL), 1-hour break

Position Overview:

The Operations Data Analyst will work closely with the Technology and Finance teams to manage large datasets, create insightful reports, and assist in project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excels in using spreadsheet tools, ERP systems, and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Reporting and Analysis:

• Create and maintain reporting for Production and Operations teams, including monthly data entry, inventory reporting, and demand planning models.
• Develop ad-hoc reports related to inventory control per location, lot number, and warehouse.

Production Support:

• Generate production reports to guide the manufacturing schedule for upcoming cycles.

Project Management Assistance:

• Use project management tools to track deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with external partners.

Communication and Documentation:

• Write professional emails and correspondence for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records to support inventory, production, and operational processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process optimizations.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 1+ year of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including creating tables, graphs, formulas, and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and confidentially with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite (preferred but transferable ERP experience is considered).
