Our company has one vacancy for a Remote Full-Time Inside Sales role based in Brazil. This position will be focused on business development in the machine manufacturing industry across most Spanish-speaking countries in South America. Our client wishes to expand on existing business (farming) and grow new business in new markets (hunting). Â

- Over the course of a year, you will be responsible for running several different product/services-related campaigns. Â Each campaign has typically 3 core objectives: individual revenue target, pipeline target and an account coverage target. These targets are tracked systematically on a real-time basis.
- Our client has a focus on machine manufacturing equipment and has a very wide range of solution based products and services. Â As the world around us becomes ever more digitalized the core of the role continues to be intrinsically about the intelligent use of CRM tools and outbound telephone techniques. Â This involves cold calling (for hunting campaigns) and telephone account management (for farming campaigns). Â Increasingly the role is using other digital sales techniques (email, LinkedIn, Video Conferencing, online fairs/events and Blog posting).
- The primary accountability for this role is to find and qualify new sales opportunities. Â You will work closely with several client field sales managers across the different business units and countries. The field sales managers have accountability for pricing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- You are responsible for finding, nurturing, and qualifying the opportunity and once the opportunity is presented to the field sales manager for timely follow-up, you continue to support and co-operate with your opportunity until it is won.

Structure
- You will report to the Inside Sales Team Manager and your primary working place will be in Remotely, ideally in the area of São Paulo.
- The role is based on a 40 hoursâ week from Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- This is a remote position. The company will provide employees with the necessary hardware and support with home-office set up
- Start date is planned for the start of January 2025

Minimum Job Requirements

- Excellent/fluent communication skills in Spanish, written and spoken is mandatory
- Portuguese and English business fluent communication skills are considered very desirable
- Bachelorâs Degree in a business background is desirable but we are open to evaluating other academic backgrounds in conjunction with relevant work experience
- Some experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to a sales, marketing or sales support role
- Experience of working to time-based targets
- Experience of agile learning (what have you done that shows you can be successful in learning and becoming a sales professional)
- Some domestic and international travel (<10%), our company will support with Visa acquisition when required
