About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in Python, SQL, and data visualization to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging data to drive business insights and support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to retrieve, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring our business remains healthy and competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various data sources;

• Utilize Python for in-depth data analysis, developing algorithms and models that provide actionable insights into business performance;

• Create and maintain data visualizations using Looker Studio and Mode, translating complex data into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders;

• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets in a serverless environment;

• Leverage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and website performance, integrating these insights into broader business strategies;

• Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including trend and seasonality analysis, to monitor business health and forecast future performance;

• Collaborate with different teams across the organization to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive business growth;
• Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Fluent English;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or any relevant quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with a deep understanding of tracking, reporting, and data integration;
• Proven experience in advanced data analysis using Python;
  
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Looker Studio and Mode, with the ability to create dashboards and reports that drive business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources;
• Solution-focused and proactive profile;
• Strong foundation in statistics, including experience with trend analysis, seasonality analysis, regression, and hypothesis testing;
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business objectives;
• Understanding of key business metrics and the ability to analyze data in the context of broader business goals with experience in identifying trends and patterns that can drive strategic decision-making.
