Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Spanish speaking Inside Sales Executive, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Position:  Inside Sales Executive 

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland, Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Research and identify potential hosts for our client’s properties.
  • Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media.
  • Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
  • Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
  • Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features. 
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
