The Job

As Product Owner at Stichd you work for world famous brands and you’ll have an opportunity to build, grow and make impact. In this fast growing and ambitious organisation full of energy you are going to create state of the art experiences for our clients and our sales force. As Product Owner B2B you work with sales, marketeers, other product owners, IT and our development agencies, to create the most impactful improvements on the B2B customer experience and our internal sales process. And you do this all in an Agile way.

You are responsible for prioritising, implementing and analysing customer facing B2B projects with a strong focus on improving the customer journey, conversion, user friendliness and development of the B2B channel. You understand that a B2B web shop and internal sales tools are also used by a person and need to provide a B2C experience. You will report to the Head of Digital Solutions and will attribute to the digital transformation of Stichd.

Your Mission

  • Product Owner of the B2B platform and the internal sales tools
  • Creating a vision and strategy on how Stichd can be leading in the digital B2B customer experience.
  • Leading role in the development of the B2B web shop.
  • Responsible for delivering the optimal sales tools for our sales colleagues.
  • Prioritize based on market trends, stakeholder input, customer insight and customer behavior.
  • The linking pin between our organization and our B2B development partners.
     

Your Talent

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • An Agile mindset and experience in working with Scrum teams.
  • Salesforce commerce cloud B2B experience is a plus
  • The ability to convince the leaders in the organization of your vision on how to optimize the customer journey.
  • You work based on data and are experienced in creating dashboards and (management) reports.
  • Strong, convincing communicative skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
     

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To be considered for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.
