Global Benefits Programme Coordinator - Home Based in the South East - ARD1061304

An exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers as a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator. We are looking for someone who can successfully project manage a portfolio of global clients and help support the delivery of new business and retention targets.

This role is predominantly home-based with the requirement to regularly travel to our London and Southampton offices. For this reason, we are ideally seeking candidates located within proximity to these areas.

What you will do as a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:

You will be involved in overseeing and supporting the management of global client and broker relationships. Providing comprehensive support to the global clients and local broker partners. Working alongside key internal and external relationships and stakeholders, which includes working in partnership with brokers all over the world.

Key Role Accountabilities

  • Coordination of in-country broker partners & WBN network brokers of delivery of client benefit programmes
  • Communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Working to specific service level agreements based on client preference
  • Collation and management of required information for overseas employee benefits, including policy set up, renewals and MI data
  • Maintenance of client RAID log
  • Completing relevant meeting minutes and action point log
  • Benchmarking - Maintain an effective working knowledge of overseas benefit markets including providers / broker and regulatory and legislative principals
  • of local employee benefit provisions from global partners on a continuing basis
  • Regular client contact including face to face meetings
  • Effective collaboration with Ardonagh colleagues
  • To assist in the development of global programme management proposition
  • Find networking opportunities that create optimum client outcomes and value creation
  • Operate in accordance with the Company’s Sales Quality standards at all times, to deliver high quality outcomes for clients
  • Fulfil any CPD or training needs as necessary to improve results and ensure correct information is supplied to clients
  • Attend any seminars, networking, or HR events to keep abreast of what is happening in the international markets (Occasional overseas travel maybe required)

What we are looking for in a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience within Financial Services / General Insurance market is essential
  • Broad understanding of the employee benefits market, global knowledge is preferred
  • Experience in relationship building with Insurers/Providers, Client management and service delivery.
  • Project management skills is essential
  • Experience of working in a changing market
  • Minimum of Cert CII or willingness to study towards qualification
