The Benefit Specialist I is a position responsible for outsourcing social insurance affairs (employment insurance, worker's compensation insurance, health insurance, and welfare pension procedures) requested by clients collaborating with a partnered labor and social insurance attorney office, primarily large and listed companies, including foreign companies in the finance and IT industries.
The payroll (attendance management, payroll and bonus calculation, year-end tax adjustment, etc.) team is also actively hiring. You will be assigned to one of the teams where you can make use of your experience.
What You’ll Get To Do
Perform all benefits within the scope of your customers accurately and on time.
Responsible for quality control and audits, ensuring accuracy and keeping the rate of errors and defects low, providing quality services and increasing customer satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional internal partners to resolve client benefits matters and employee inquiries
Provide HR/benefits support services to customers in accordance with government regulatory compliance and business needs.
Think and act ahead, spot opportunities and act accordingly and proactively Contribute to process improvements

Skills And Experience That We Value
Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in social insurance affairs (procedures for loss of eligibility, notification of calculation basis, notification of monthly change, annual renewal of labor insurance, labor procedures, etc.)
Good teamwork
Time Management and prioritization
Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
