As a Junior Paid Search & Social Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, experimentation, and results. This is your chance to develop your skills in paid media while working on campaigns that deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As part of the paid media team, you’ll help set up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll also analyze data, adjust strategies, and learn how to create campaigns that exceed client expectations.

  • Campaign Management: Set up and optimize paid search and social media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to meet objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement.
  • Analyze performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track campaign results and find ways to improve.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with designers, SEOs, and content creators to make sure campaigns align with client strategies.
  • Learn and grow: Shadow senior team members on client calls, stay updated on the latest paid media trends, and apply what you learn to real campaigns.
  • Create reports: Generate and share campaign performance reports, focusing on metrics like click-through rates (CTR), keyword success, and audience engagement.
You Bring:
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads) and social media (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience managing campaigns in industries like retail, e-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Proven success optimizing campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, or other key performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with creative tools for designing or refining ad visuals.
What’s Offered:
  • Fully remote role with flexible hours, perfect for LATAM professionals.
  • Contractor position with 35–40 hours per week.
  • Competitive pay: $1000-2000/month based on experience.
  • Paid time off, including your birthday off (because celebrations matter).
  • A home office setup stipend to help you work comfortably.
